At Vidzgo, we create and deliver high-quality digital video templates and custom video assets.
Since all our products are digital files that are instantly delivered after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been completed and the files have been downloaded.
2. No Refunds on Digital Products
All purchases made on vidzgo.com are final and non-refundable.
Once your files are delivered to you via download or email, you gain full access to the product, and we cannot revoke that access — therefore refunds cannot be issued in most cases.
This policy applies to:

3. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following cases:

The file delivered is corrupted, broken, or incomplete

A technical error on our end prevented delivery or caused product inaccessibility

4. Order Adjustments and Exchanges
If you accidentally uploaded the wrong images or text for a customized video, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to help adjust your order before processing begins, but once editing or rendering has started, we cannot modify or refund the order.
5. Technical Support
If you encounter difficulties with downloading, playback, or using your purchased file, our team is here to help.

6. Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback for a digital order that has been delivered and accessed is considered fraudulent.
We encourage customers to contact us first — we’re always happy to help resolve issues quickly and fairly.
