How does the order process work?

3️⃣ Place your order — and we’ll deliver your personalized video within 1–3 days. If you have selected fast delivery option you will receive the video according to the mentioned time.
How can I upload my photos or text?
Each product page includes an upload option to upload media and form to submit your text.
Can I request specific changes or styles?
Yes! You can mention special requests during checkout or message us after placing your order. We’ll do our best to match your vision.
What if I choose the wrong template or upload the wrong files?
No worries — contact us as soon as possible before we start editing, and we’ll update your order details.
Delivery & File Format
How will I receive my video?
Once your video is complete, we’ll email you a private download link on the email that you entered while placing the order. Everything is 100% digital — no shipping required.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days, depending on the template type. Cinematic templates may take slightly longer due to complex rendering. If you have selected Fast Delivery or Express Delivery option you will receive the video according to the mentioned time.
In what format will I receive my video?
All videos are delivered in Full HD MP4 format, optimized for phones, laptops, TVs, and all social media platforms.
Safety & Support
Is my personal data and uploaded content safe?
Yes — all your uploaded files and information are kept private and used only to create your video. We never share or reuse your data.
Can I download my video again later?
Yes — your download link will remain active for a certain period. We recommend saving your video to your device as soon as you receive it.
